Havelock One Interiors, a leading turnkey fit-out service provider in the Middle East since 1998, is announcing a specialist job opportunity for a BIM Modeler to join its growing team in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Role Summary
The successful candidate will join Havelock One’s Interior Design Fit-Out team. The role's core function is translating design concepts into highly detailed, coordinated Revit models that bring spaces to life. The focus is on Interior Design, joinery, finishes, and generating fit-out detailing and fabrication models up to LOD 400–500, depending on specific project requirements.
Duties and Responsibilities
The BIM Modeler will work directly with Project Management, Field Management, and the BIM Manager on project deliverables, which include:
- Developing and maintaining high-quality Revit models for Interior Design Fit-Out projects.
- Coordinating with designers and project teams to ensure models accurately reflect the design intent.
- Preparing drawing sets, shop drawings, and model deliverables for clients and internal reviews.
- Supporting clash detection and resolving design coordination issues within the interior fit-out scope.
- Following and contributing to Revit content standards, workflows, and project documentation.
- Modifying models and drawings based on feedback, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Being proficient in raising technical related RFIs (Requests for Information) from design documents.
Qualifications and Skills Required
- Educational Background: Degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Experience: 3–5 years of Revit experience, preferably gained in Interior Design / Fit-Out projects.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of all trades involved in the interior fit-out process (joinery, finishes, MEP coordination, etc.).
- Software Proficiency: Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, Autodesk Construction Cloud / BIM 360, and Navisworks.
- Added Advantage: Experience in Rhino and knowledge of Automation tools (like Dynamo or API) is a significant plus.
- Soft Skills: Detail-oriented, possessing strong organizational and problem-solving skills, able to work efficiently under deadlines, and capable of collaborating effectively in a multinational environment.
